You control what language your posts are written in. This affects the generated post content only — it never changes the language of the Vernettic dashboard.
Two modes
- Match my commit messages (default) — each post is written in whatever language that commit was in. Write a commit in Portuguese and you get a Portuguese post, in English and you get an English post. Nothing to set up.
- Always write in [language] — pick one language and every post is written natively in it, adapting from the commit no matter what language you committed in. It reads like a native speaker wrote it, not a literal translation.
- 1Go to Settings → Posting → “what language we post in”.
- 2Choose “match my commit messages”, or “always write in” and pick a language.
- 3Push a commit (or regenerate an existing post) to see it applied.
tip
Languages available to start: English, Spanish, French, Portuguese and German. New accounts default to “match my commit messages”, so you don’t need to set anything.
Vera, the in-app assistant, also replies in whatever language you message her in.
