Bluesky uses the open AT Protocol, so there’s no API approval to wait for. You connect with an app password generated in your Bluesky settings.
- 1In Bluesky, go to Settings → App Passwords and create one named “Vernettic”.
- 2In Vernettic, go to Settings → Connections → Bluesky.
- 3Enter your handle and the app password, then connect.
tip
Vernettic adds rich-text facets to Bluesky posts, so #hashtags and links show up as proper blue, clickable elements — not plain text.
App passwords are stored encrypted and can be revoked from Bluesky at any time without affecting your main login.
